Our focus in this practice is limited to only the most perfect cosmetic dentistry! Dr. Isaac Kahen Kashani is very meticulous about the way he goes about treatment. He goes after treatments that are made to last, no pun intended! Any tooth restoration is done with the consideration that it will last at least twenty years or more. There is a lot that goes into this philosophy, and it is not limited to technique sensitivity, materials used, labs used, and careful observation of who the patient is that is getting this procedure done.
As an example, if a patient is a smoker of twenty years and he/she is losing his/her teeth due to gum disease caused by smoking, then Dr. Isaac Kahen Kashani will not recommend doing dental implants because those implants may simply fail if the patient does not stop smoking. Dr. Isaac Kahen Kashani is known for being only out for the patient’s best interests.

As a service to our patients, our Encino Dental practice accepts most dental insurance programs, including non-managed care, indemnity (traditional), and PPO Dental Insurance out-of-network. We are not part of any managed care network, however, we will attempt to match what your HMO plans have to offer. Our accounting staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be.
The fees charged for our dental procedures in California to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all our patients for similar services. Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.
